Rainbow Express has been in the community for close to 40 years. Past directors, Michelle Welch and Jessica Intlekofer created a school where kids flourished under their love and care. Their desire was to provide a quality and affordable preschool education to the growing community in Bend, Oregon.

Currently, Lisa Utu is the Director and Teacher of Rainbow Express. She is excited to carry on the legacy of loving every child that enters her classroom. With her 25 years of experience, she will continue to offer a program that combines the use of time tested methods as well as current methods of early childhood education to provide a holistic approach to learning.
